Why can I not see the address?
Every listing is a house House Into Cash already holds under an assignable purchase agreement with the seller. The street address and the underwriting numbers unlock once you have signed our NDA and had your proof of funds approved. That protects the seller and keeps tire-kickers out of the bidding.
What am I actually buying?
The assignment of our purchase agreement. You step into our position as buyer, close with the seller through a licensed escrow company on the closing window shown, and pay one flat assignment fee on top of your winning bid. The fee is shown on every listing before you bid.
How does bidding work?
Enter the amount you want to pay. If it beats the highest bid by at least the minimum raise, it becomes the leading bid right away, at the full amount you entered. There is no hidden maximum and no automatic bidding. Bids in the final minutes extend the clock so nobody gets sniped. The seller reviews the winning bid and signs off before escrow opens.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit paid directly to the licensed escrow company within the closing timeline, never to us and never through this site.
